As a Product Education Specialist on our Operations team, you will become an expert in all things Social Report, embodying and clearly communicating our values and demonstrating our platform. Under the direction of our Product Education Lead, you will help identify areas of need for education, create and maintain internal and external resources, train new employees, and host live webinars that uphold our high standards for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Be an expert on all things Social Report, from high level culture philosophy, down to the nitty-grittiest of details about the platform
  2. Play a crucial role in the employee onboarding process, including leading training sessions and ensuring everyone’s first impression of Social Report is a positive one
  3. Create and run ongoing product trainings for Sales, Success and Support teams
  4. Host multiple live webinars each week covering different areas of the product for our customers
  5. Act as a resource to the team for ongoing questions and continued product education, providing timely responses to inquiries
  6. Write and maintain Help Center articles as the product changes and new features are added
  7. Work with all areas of the business to identify ongoing education needs and implement training to support those needs
Desired Skills and Experience
  1. 2-4 years of ongoing education and training experience (preferably in a software environment)
  2. Technical concepts come very naturally to you, and you know how to craft content to reach an audience of varied levels of expertise and different learning styles
  3. You have a passion for learning new things and bestowing your knowledge to others
  4. Your writing skills are impeccable – you’re able to adapt your voice depending on the audience
  5. Building beautiful, informative keynotes is as natural to you as breathing
  6. You’re patient, charismatic, and comfortable presenting to groups, whether in-person or via webinars
  7. You see every presentation as a performance, and your passion and excitement shine through no matter how many times you teach the same material
  8. You understand how different people learn and adapt your strategy as needed
  9. You sweat the details (yet never lose sight of the big picture) and have great organizational skills
  10. You pivot effortlessly as priorities shift, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where things change frequently

The Design team works tirelessly to create the entire experience that is Social Report: web platform, mobile apps, and all sales and marketing efforts. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who will work between Design and Product teams to deliver solutions for a wide range of projects. Step up to the challenge of taking ownership of web app design in an environment where your ideas are heard and you can make a difference. You’ll be working across engineering, product, design and other teams, all of whom are committed to the success of our products.

Responsibilities
  1. Express ideas and product enhancements through sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and any means necessary to clearly articulate a thorough plan.
  2. Take ownership of design, from concept-to-reality. This includes generating detailed specifications and taking an active, hands-on Design role throughout the entire process.
  3. Champion and justify new UI patterns that become necessary as we build new products/features that enhance the customer experience.
  4. Assist the Product team with defining scope and choosing the best approach to constantly ship and improve the product.
  5. Conduct research when necessary to help define customer problems that aren’t always clear.
  6. Occasionally write clear, concise copy to communicate to users through the app.
  7. Use customer usage data, product feedback, recorded user sessions and an evolving set of resources to help influence design decisions. However, you also must be comfortable using your intuition when all of the tools in the world don’t provide a clear-cut answer.
Desired Skills and Experience
  1. 5+ years of experience of web application design and/or native mobile app design.
  2. Strong UI design sensibilities and a portfolio that showcases your work.
  3. Designing experiences that are delightful is a priority to you and you have high standards for usability.
  4. You are a systematic thinker when it comes to Design. You’re always thinking about the relationships between your design elements and how they impact the existing and the whole.
  5. Comfortable designing with dynamic data sets at a large scale.
  6. You can acknowledge and respect technology constraints but have an understanding that allows you to push back when necessary.
  7. You are a collaborative designer and you’re comfortable involving non-designers into the process when necessary.

We are looking for a Senior Web Designer to work closely with a team of acquisition marketing professionals. They will need to step up to the challenge of taking ownership of exceptional design work with a group of people committed to the success of our web properties.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver strategic digital design concepts including: site, landing page and email design
  2. Collaborate with SEO and AB testing teams
  3. Brainstorm and iterate through design options and user flows
  4. Work closely with development team to see projects from an idea through to production

  5. Heavy SQL and NoSQL database experience
  6. Strong applied knowledge of concurrency, I/O and distributed systems
  7. Experience with every stage of software development process: design, architecture, deployment, code reviews, maintenance, documentation, etc.
  8. Great at working in a team
